Mid-market RevOps, Findhelp interview, and new hires

What RevOps challenges we've been focused on, the Findhelp story and staffing

Over the past 2 months, I’ve had calls and listened to interviews of over 50 mid-market and SME leaders around GTM efficiency, RevOps targeting, FP&A forecasting and alignment, quota attainment, and redefining MQL/SQL, current benchmarks for CPMs and CAC paybacks (and more).

The space is booming - and most of what DevriX does nowadays is a form of:

  • GTM efficiency retainer modelling - from audit to restructuring with support and ongoing evolution

  • Post-Merger Integration for M&A and private equities consolidating businesses

  • Q3-Q4 active RevOps retainers on bridging the gap between the core marketing, sales, and CX functions, with a source of truth that guides the way

  • FinOps deep dives, data pipelines, P&L automation and alerting, and alignment with other revenue leaders

A $15K monthly retainer brought in $3M in additional revenue over the past 12 months, and one of our largest plans is already a multiple of this, with several other success stories in private equity, hosting, and franchise networks. We’ve opened up 5 new roles to fill in additional execution capacity and I’m excited to keep augmenting with systems integration and now AI-augmented agentic solutions in addition to deterministic workflows.

Findhelp connects people to help and delivers social impact with tech

One of our success stories is Findhelp, the top-rated social care technology platform.

I recorded a new episode for my podcast together with Aly Wheeler, Senior Product Market Manager, going over the power of their Closed Loop Referrals, heartwarming stories with real people (delivering massive impact), leveraging data & KLAS for B2B growth, their B-Corp certification and more here:

Findhelp reached out near the end of 2023, and we’ve gone through several launches together on the WordPress and HubSpot fronts + systems and networking, supporting multiple initiatives for the core product and marketing teams.

Being involved in a social care ecosystem is one of the best possible ways to invest your professional vocation. Revenue can be sourced in a myriad of ways, but a direct contribution to the leading platform powering 950k+ programs nationwide across all 50 states plus 50 million platform users is an honor, and sharing their story is a great way to contribute back to society.

Staffing in our Sofia HQ

The core transformation and unlocking more success stories leads to high-scale restructuring and opening up new roles in the process.

Multiple jobs are now open for our office in Sofia, Bulgaria, available on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/devrix/jobs/

We’re expanding in engineering, business development, account management, marketing - and open to strong and talented candidates in different niche areas as well.

Warm recommendations are always welcome - while these roles are not global, our HQ is the core focus over the next 12 months before we consider new centers or talent in our NYC hub down the line.

Here’s to a calm but progressive August ahead,

Mario
